瓶(桶)装水质量仍存问题

      为大力推进“食品安全大整治专项行动”、“饮食放心工程”和“食品533安全保障行动”，今年以来，省质监局连续两次组织开展瓶(桶)装水监督抽查，累计抽取样品887批次，不合格182批次，其中菌落总数、溴酸盐、大肠菌群超标及标签不规范是导致产品不合格最主要原因。在此次抽查中记者发现，有8家生产企业连续两次均发现存在严重质量安全问题。

      针对监督抽查中发现的问题，省质监局表示已责成各地质监部门依法对相关生产企业进行处理。在此，省质监局建议消费者在选购饮用水时应尽量选择知名企业生产的品牌产品，质量可信度较高；同时要检查桶装水的标签标识是否完整、详细；包装桶是否密封、表面是否光滑清亮；查看水是否无色、清澈透明，无明显悬浮物；此外，启封后的瓶（桶）装饮用水应尽快饮用并定期及时更换。
      据了解，2013年全国食源性致病菌监测实施方案中，要求进一步加强桶装水微生物污染监测：桶装饮用水的采样要求是覆盖城市和农村，包括城乡结合部和学校，尽可能覆盖市售所有品牌。监测的桶装饮用水种类包括桶装纯净水、桶装天然矿泉水、桶装矿物质水；重点微生物监测项目为菌落总数、大肠菌群、铜绿假单胞菌。
      C系列水中微生物膜过滤系统基于“薄膜过滤法”，采用0.45um的无菌微孔过滤膜将水中的微量微生物截流在膜上，进行微生物富集，再将滤膜置于相应培养基上在适当的培养条件下进行培养。

Question still on Bottled(barrelled) water quality

There are eight bottled(barrelled) water industries found that have serious quality question during this survey by Zhejiang province quality supervision bureau.

The question is: exceed standard of total bacterial count, bromate, coliform and lack of standardization on the label.

From 2013 year, governmenr pay much more attention to the quality of bottled(barrelled) water includes monitoring barrelled purified water, barrelled spring water and barrelled mineral water. The important point of microbial monitor" total bacterial count, coliform and Pseudomonas aeruginosa.

C series microbial filtration based on membrane filtration, adopts 0.45um sterile membrane to collect bacterial on the membrane, then transfer membrane to culture it under the specified conditions, then colony count and observe.
